In the 21st Century, customers are relying on online venues for information about purchasing products and services to interconnect with people and businesses from around the world. The best way to reach out to these customers/buyers is to create a strategic campaign that is ripe with strategically designed, angle-rich stories and well-written messaging that spans both traditional and digital communication. Therefore, I pen content for all pages and sections of corporate, medical/dental, business websites capturing the tone of the client/business and writing for the intended target market. Wrote the content for a DC-area art consultant’s new website. Adjusted existing navigation for SEO-friendly verbiage, organized page and section content. Launched, October 2018.
Launched in May 2017. Crafted strategy, layout, navigation and overall design of a new website for Washington, D.C. builder/developer. Wrote content for all pages, excluding brand. Managed programmer/developer and all aspects of the project to bring the final website live.
Crafted strategy and wrote all content for Washington, D.C. sports agent, Chris Coy, including home page messaging and verbal brand — “Life well played.” With a target market that includes players (aged 18 to 23), parents, HS/college coaches and investors (i.e., an eclectic array of website readers), I kept the content for the players, short and visually “fun,” while expanding sections that would draw in parents, coaches and investors. Wrote verbal brand including tagline, mission statement and messaging. In addition, wrote the storyboard and produced the homepage video.
